Delivery Policy

  1. All goods will be delivered by a Courier Company, the Courier company will depend on the goods ordered
  2. Please ensure a copy of your ID/ Tax Invoice is available to confirm the order.
  3. All products delivered will need to be signed for when accepted by the customer. (Signing the Tax Invoice)
  4. By signing Tax Invoice/ Delivery Note it means you have accepted the stock in good order and condition.
  5. Stock will be delivered to the address given and will only be accepted by the contact person given (or if they can present the Customers ID/ Tax invoice)
  6. Please note that all customers will be contacted to confirm the delivery address, delivery date and time before item is dispatched.
  7. The cost of delivery is based on location and weight of a product


Collection Policy:

  1. Customers can collect their orders FREE of charge from our warehouse located in Linbro Business Park.
  2. Customers will select store Warehouse Collection when they are checking out
  3. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection from the warehouse.
  4. Please note we have NO showroom only a warehouse.

Do you ship Internationally?

No, only in South Africa at this stage.

Can I purchase past products. Will you be selling them again?

At we constantly try to source new and unique products. Often we have limited quantities and products get sold out before it’s even time for the next deal to go up. Often we have bought (and then sold!) all the stock that was on offer and there is no chance of it cropping up again. However, other times, we’re able to locate more units (or similar) within weeks and you’ll see an item sell out then go back up for sale again within the month. So keep an eye out for those. We suggest that you sign up to receive via email our daily news alert so you are one of the first to know what’s on sale for the day and grab one before it’s sold out!
